The firm provides guidance and design concepts for designing spaces where access is a critical planning and design issue. Our knowledge of regulations governing barrier-free design and the needs of building users, including seniors, children and persons with seeing and mobility impairments, ensures the development of a design that meets the life safety goals and special needs of occupants.

Typically our firm is hired to undertake a study to determine the necessary fire protection and Building Code improvements to an existing building. Based on the recommendations of this study we are hired to prepare all necessary drawings, technical specifications and related documentation to enable the work to be competitively tendered. We assist in the technical evaluation of tenders and in making recommendations of award. In addition, we provide ongoing construction services to ensure compliance with the construction documents.
